1.What did you learn about life long wellness?

what i learned about this cardio class. was that even a minimum of 1 hour of cardio a day made me feel better for the rest of the day. not only that but my metabolism was higher.

2.How would you apply this information to your life?

i would apply this class almost everyday part of my life because i have to wake up and move around. 

3.what is your intention to continue. what you learned in your life and why?

my intention to continue is to stay healthy and to look lean. 

4.general ideas to improve this course? 

some ideas to improve this class is to get better music and more cardio machines.
